/biography
/bio
Born and grew up in a small town in the province of Manitoba, Canada.
My lifelong passion of creating images through photography was initiated with the purchase of my first 35 mm camera in 1975. I studied Visual Arts and Communication at Douglas College in Surrey. Later I enrolled in darkroom and more advanced photography courses. Beyond that I’m self taught – learning through ongoing study and practice.
My work has been exhibited at local galleries including Place Des Arts -Home - Place des Arts, Gallery at Queen’s Park - Gallery at Queens Park - Arts New West , Richmond Art Gallery - Richmond Art Gallery – Welcome , The Evergreen Cultural Centre - Welcome - Evergreen , and Art Works Gallery - Art Works Gallery .
I have gained international recognition for my work through The Black and White Spider Awards - 13th Winners Gallery | Spider Awards and The International Color Awards - Winners Gallery
My work has gained the attention of and been purchased by individuals, organizations and corporations around the world.
Currently I am represented by Art Works Gallery in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada - Adrian Zator – Art Works Gallery.
